The JEMC Business Model for Startups

Jost Eggenberger Management and Consulting (JEMC) specialises in startups in the ‘pre-seed’ and ‘seed’ stage, focusing on the Automotive and IT sectors. JEMC either acts as a ‘Business Angel’ to provide investment itself, or negotiates suitable investors. The young business is then supported according to an agreed mandate (e.g. as a business consultant, advisory board member or board member). Partners (for growth objectives) or suitable investors (for financing of later stages) can be found from our own network if required.
